Workers at Norgren’s plant in Brookville, Ohio were manufacturing actuators in a dark, dingy space. Morale and productivity was suffering.

Other contractors suggested prohibitively expensive lighting and costly, ineffective skylights. We focused on environmental health and engineered backwards. Ceiling and walls are now bright reflective surfaces requiring less lighting while boosting morale and productivity.
